How Quotes and Bookings Work

The phone is the only way to reach us. A conversation with our team at (765) 436-6188 is where every quote starts: we ask about your route, dates, passengers, pets and luggage, then prepare a quote for that trip. A flight is booked only after you accept a written quote and the charter agreement that comes with it.

That agreement, not this website, sets out the price, payment, cancellation and change terms for your flight. If anything there differs from what you read here, the agreement controls.

Flights Depend on Safety and Conditions

Departure times can shift because of weather, air traffic control, FBO or airport restrictions, or aircraft maintenance. The pilot in command always has the final word on whether a flight goes ahead safely. Empty leg flights in particular depend on another trip's schedule and can change or be withdrawn.
