Anderson Heavy Jet Charter

For a big group or a long trip, a heavy jet gives every passenger a stand-up cabin, space to truly rest and room for all the bags. We find the aircraft that fits, explain how the models differ and quote one all-inclusive price with no hidden costs.

What you gain with a heavy jet

For most travelers, a heavy jet is the biggest private aircraft they will ever book. You can walk the cabin upright, and it is often divided into two or three areas with a full galley, a private lavatory and seats that lie flat for sleep. A cabin attendant comes along on many longer flights.

Range is the main draw. A heavy jet can fly coast to coast or across an ocean without stopping for fuel, saving hours and sparing a worn-out group a wait on a ramp midway. It also holds more luggage than any smaller class.

The models do vary. Certain older airframes give you a very large cabin at a lower hourly rate, while newer ones are quieter and go farther. We go over those choices by phone so your pick is based on the trip, not a brochure.

What we handle for your heavy jet flight

Side-by-side aircraft options

We lay out two or three suitable aircraft together. You see how their cabin layouts, range, age and onboard features stack up, and which one best fits your group and route.

One all-inclusive price

A single number includes fuel, crew, landing and FBO fees and taxes. No hidden charges show up after you arrive.

Pricing by the leg

With point to point pricing, a one-way trip is charged one way. You never pay round trip pricing for a leg you won't fly.

A cabin ready for your party

Tell us about meals, who needs to sleep or a meeting on board, and we confirm what the crew can provide. Plenty of the aircraft are WIFI equipped, and pets are allowed.

Choosing where to depart

Heavy jets need longer runways, so we confirm which FBO suits the aircraft and your passengers, including whether a larger airport nearby makes a better starting point.

Signs a heavy jet is the right call

  • Your group is too big for a midsize cabin

Once you pass roughly nine or ten passengers, smaller jets start to feel cramped or simply run out of seats. A heavy jet keeps the whole group on one aircraft.

  • You want to fly nonstop overseas

Europe, South America or a long coast-to-coast leg without a fuel stop is where heavy jet range earns its keep.

  • The flight runs overnight

Flat-bed seats and a quieter cabin mean passengers land able to work or enjoy the trip instead of recovering from it.

  • You are bringing a lot of luggage

Golf bags, ski gear, trade show cases or a family's two weeks of luggage fit in a heavy jet's hold. On a lighter aircraft the same load can cut range or seats.

  • The trip doubles as a meeting

A separate seating zone lets a team work at a conference table while others rest. For company trips, that time aloft can replace a day of meetings.

How a heavy jet trip gets arranged

  1. 1

    A phone call to start

We ask about your destination, passenger count, luggage and priorities. Pets, sleep, internet and meals all affect which aircraft we suggest.

  2. 2

    Your options and quote

We go through the heavy jets open on your dates, what each one offers and why one may fit better. Then you receive an all-inclusive quote for your preferred aircraft.

  3. 3

    Locking in the details

After you approve, we secure the aircraft, crew, catering and FBO, and check passenger names along with any travel documents needed for an international leg.

  4. 4

    The day you fly

Get to the FBO shortly before takeoff, walk out to the aircraft and leave. No terminal lines, and someone else loads your bags.

What drives the cost of a heavy jet charter

No charter class costs more per hour than a heavy jet, so every detail counts. We walk through each part of the quote so you know where your money goes. Since it is all-inclusive, the figure you sign off on is what you pay.

Which model, and how old
A recent long-range model has a higher hourly rate than an older large-cabin jet. When your trip doesn't call for maximum range, an older airframe can cut the cost noticeably and still give you the space.
Hours flown and repositioning
The price tracks time in the air, counting any flying needed to bring the jet to your departure airport. An aircraft parked nearby generally costs less.
How the trip is laid out
Point to point pricing means a one-way flight is quoted one way. On multi-day trips where the aircraft waits for you, crew overnight costs are added.
Demand on your dates
Fewer heavy jets are free over holiday weekends and big events. With flexible dates we can pick from more aircraft.
Extras in the cabin
Custom catering, a cabin attendant on a shorter flight or other add-ons can raise the total. You hear about it before you commit.

Common questions about heavy jet charter

Something not covered here? (765) 436-6188

How many passengers can a heavy jet carry?

Heavy jets usually seat 12 to 16 people, and certain large-cabin models hold more. Fewer can sleep at once, because lie-flat beds use up seats. Let us know how many travelers need to rest and we will recommend a layout that fits.

Should I pick a heavy jet over a super-midsize jet?

For eight people flying within the country, usually not, and a super-midsize jet charter may be the smarter value. A heavy jet earns its cost when you need extra seats, extra luggage room or nonstop range overseas, and we will tell you honestly where your trip lands.

Is my dog allowed on board?

Yes, pets are allowed. When you call for your quote, tell us how many animals are coming and their size, and we will make sure the aircraft and crew are prepared.

Can we get online in flight?

A good number of the heavy jets we book are WIFI equipped. Speeds differ by system and route, especially over the ocean, so we check what each aircraft has before you book.

Can I book a heavy jet at the last minute?

We book on demand flights, including trips that come together fast. There are fewer heavy jets than smaller aircraft, so short-notice availability depends on where they sit that day. Reaching us early gives us more to choose from.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. You make no long term commitments. Each charter is booked by itself, and you pay only for that flight.
