How a Charter Price Is Built

Most of a charter price depends on which aircraft you choose and how many hours it works for you. Several other details play a part as well. These are the pieces we weigh when we put your number together.

Every trip gets its own price once we have your route, dates and number of passengers. We give you one all-inclusive figure over the phone before any booking is made.

Size of aircraft
The hourly rate climbs at each step from turboprop to light, midsize, super-midsize and heavy jet. Larger cabins and more range carry higher operating costs, so we recommend moving up only when your group, luggage or distance needs it.
Distance and hours aloft
A longer trip uses more fuel and more crew time. On a long route, a quicker jet can cut enough time to close much of the price difference with a slower aircraft.
The aircraft's starting point
When the closest suitable aircraft must fly over to pick you up, that repositioning time can be reflected in the price. Point to point pricing and empty leg flights help hold this cost down.
Travel dates
Aircraft get booked up fast around holidays and major events. Departures on short notice can leave fewer aircraft to pick from, which may move the price.
Waiting and overnight stays
If the crew holds for your return flight or stays the night, their lodging and the aircraft's time are built into the quote.
Fees at each airport
Each airport charges its own landing, parking and FBO handling fees. Those go into your all-inclusive quote up front instead of arriving as a bill later.

The Aircraft We Book, From Short Hops to Long Hauls

In our 5 years in business, the bulk of our work has been steering travelers to the aircraft that fits rather than the largest one available. A turboprop charter handles short flights and smaller runways, a light jet charter covers fast regional trips, and midsize, super-midsize and heavy jet charter bring more cabin space, range and luggage room as trips get longer. When your dates match a repositioning aircraft, empty leg flights are an option. Each booking includes mechanical insurance covering up to 100% of replacement flight cost, so an aircraft that cannot fly never means paying for the trip twice.

What Travelers Get When They Charter With Us

Flying private ought to be easy starting with the first call. These are the ways we keep it that way.

Straight talk on trade-offs

A turboprop uses less fuel and fits shorter runways, though it flies slower. A super-midsize jet crosses the country without stopping and has a stand-up cabin, but its hourly rate is higher. We explain comparisons like these in everyday language so you decide knowing everything.

The price you approve is the price you pay

Every quote is all-inclusive. Fuel, crew, landing fees and taxes are already counted before you agree, so the total never grows afterward. No hidden costs.

Priced for the flight you take

Our point to point pricing means a one-way flight is never charged at round trip pricing. When you just need to get somewhere, that one leg is what we quote.

Book one flight at a time

You won't find an annual fee, a prepaid balance or a long-term commitment here. Fly once a year or twelve times. Every booking is separate.

Space for everyone coming

Pets are allowed, and when you need to get work done in flight we can find WIFI equipped aircraft. Tell us who and what is traveling and we set up the cabin for it.

A Charter Company That Explains Every Choice

Private Jet Charter Anderson began with a plain belief: anyone booking a private flight should get honest answers about what they are paying for. Plenty of travelers can't tell a light jet from a super-midsize, and that is fine. We lay out the difference, and the decision stays yours.

We fly executives on tight calendars, families going on vacation with children and pets, and companies sending groups to meetings and events. Our team works from our office and over phone and video, so a trip can be planned right from your desk. Urgent trips are no problem, and we answer around the clock when plans come together fast.

How Booking a Flight Works

Most trips come together in one or two conversations. We handle the details so your travel day is easy.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the trip

Give us a ring with your route, dates, number of passengers and anything special, like pets, large bags or a need for WIFI.

  2. 2

We walk you through the aircraft

We suggest one or two aircraft types that fit, and explain what each gives you in speed, cabin space and price. If an empty leg flight matches your plans, we mention it.

  3. 3

    Get your all-inclusive quote

You receive one clear figure covering the flight, fees and taxes. Take your time, ask questions and confirm when you are ready.

  4. 4

    Fly on your schedule

On departure day you arrive at the FBO, meet your crew and board without the terminal lines. We stay reachable in case plans change.

What Travelers Want to Know Before They Book

How do I pick the right aircraft for my flight?

Begin with how many people, how much luggage and how far. Four to six travelers on a shorter regional flight fit well in a turboprop or light jet, while midsize and super-midsize jets bring more cabin and range. Heavy jets handle big groups and long distances. We review the choices together and suggest the smallest aircraft that carries you comfortably.

If I fly one way, am I charged for a round trip?

No. Our point to point pricing means a one-way flight is never billed at round trip pricing. The quote matches the trip you are really making.

What if something mechanical goes wrong with the aircraft?

Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of replacement flight cost. When a mechanical issue keeps your aircraft on the ground, a replacement flight is paid for within that limit, so reaching your destination doesn't cost you twice.

Will extra charges appear after booking?

No. Every quote is all-inclusive with no hidden costs, so fuel, crew, landing and FBO fees and taxes are inside the number we give you. Should your trip change, we send a new quote so you see the updated figure first.

Can my dog or cat fly with me?

Yes, pets are allowed. Tell us how many animals and how large they are when you call, and we will pick an aircraft with space for them and their carriers.

Can I get online during the flight?

WIFI equipped aircraft are available. Bring it up on the call and we will include it in the options we recommend.

How do empty leg flights work?

An empty leg is an aircraft flying with no passengers, typically heading back after a drop-off. When your route and timing match, you can book it for less. The trade-off is flexibility, because the original trip sets the schedule.

Is there anything to sign up for before I book?

No. You join nothing and commit to nothing long-term. Book one flight and never return if you like, though we hope you will.
