Who We Are and What This Covers

Private Jet Charter Anderson arranges private flights for travelers in Anderson, Indiana and the surrounding area. This policy explains how we treat information connected to this website and to the phone calls that come through it.

The site itself is informational. It describes our aircraft options, such as turboprop charter and heavy jet charter, and gives you a number to call. There are no accounts to create, and every quote and booking happens in a conversation with us by phone.

What You Tell Us on a Call

When you call to get a quote, you decide what to share. That usually means your name, a callback number, departure and arrival points, travel dates, the number of passengers and anything special, like bringing a pet along.

We use those details to price your trip, arrange the flight and follow up with you about it. We do not ask for more than the trip needs.

What the Website Records on Its Own

Like most websites, ours runs on a server that keeps ordinary logs. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. The logs help keep the site working and secure.

Cookies and Basic Analytics

We may use simple analytics cookies to see which pages people read and how they found us. This tells us what is useful, not who you are. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work fine without them.

How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your information. When you book a charter, we pass the trip details that are needed to the aircraft operator and the FBO handling your departure, because they cannot fly you without them.

Outside of that, we share information only when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect our business, our passengers or the public.

Your Choices

You can browse this site without telling us anything about yourself. If you have called us and would like us to update or stop using the details you gave, just let us know by phone and we will take care of it.

Changes and Questions

We may update this policy from time to time, and the current version will always be the one posted on this page. If anything here is unclear, talk it over with us at (765) 436-6188 and we will explain how your information is handled.
